Healthy Recipes - Salmon Topped with Fresh Salsa

Ingredients

2 Salmon Filets
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
1 C Fresh Salsa

Place salmon filets into glass baking dish.


Drizzle with olive oil, using a basting brush to evenly distribute the oil.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.


Broil the filets for 7-8 minutes until light pink (should flake easily with a fork).



Top with fresh salsa (you can make your own salsa or just purchase one from your local deli/supermarket).  This is the one I used.
