Healthy Recipes - Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic Spice
1 Tbsp Minced Onion Spice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut brussel sprouts in half. Coat with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil. Unfortunately, I do not measure most things when I cook, but you want to lightly coat the brussel sprouts and have a 2:1 ratio of olive oil to balsamic. I would estimate that I added 3 Tbsp of Olive Oil and 1.5 Tbsp of balsamic. After the brussel sprouts are lightly coated, mix in the minced garlic, minced onion, salt, and pepper. Line a 9x13 pan with foil (which makes the pan easier for cleaning), place all brussel sprouts in pan and spread evenly. Cook at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
If the brussel sprouts get a little burnt looking, that's okay - the crispiness actually makes it more tasty. Enjoy!
