Spicy Black Bean Quinoa

2 Cups Quinoa
4 Cups Water
1 Can Black Beans, Rinsed
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Minced Onion Spice
1 tsp Minced Garlic Spice
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Prepare quinoa on stove or in rice cooker, per package directions.  While quinoa is cooking, place all other ingredients into a pot.  Cook stovetop on low to medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.  When quinoa is done cooking, add to the bean/rotel mixture.  Stir until blended.  Enjoy!
